INGREDIENTS
- – 350 g of 0000 flour.
- – 260 g of butter at room temperature.
- – 2 tbsp of powdered sugar.
- – 1 tsp baking powder.
- – 1 pinch of salt.
- – 100 g of chopped walnuts.
- – 1 or 2 spoons of honey or 2 spoons of sugar.
- – 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- – 1 pinch of cloves.
- – 1 or 2 drops of orange blossom water + powdered sugar c/n.
- – Orange blossom water diluted in water to spray.

PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Sift the flour (Place the flour in a strainer + transfer it with a spoon or faucet the sting gently with the sting of your hand to pressure it).
3. Kind a dough by becoming a member of the elements till you get a clean and tender dough.
