LOIN WITH MUSHROOM WITH SPANISH POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 piece of Loin
  • – 200 gms of mushrooms minimize into quarters.
  • – 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • – 2 cloves of minced garlic.
  • – 1 glass of white wine.
  • – 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
  • – 50 gms of butter.
  • – 1 tablespoon of oil.
