- Evaporated milk 1 can (earlier can)
- Heavy cream 1 can (earlier can)
- Yolk 8
- Merengue:
- Clara 2
- Oporto 200 cc
- Sugar 100 grams
- Cinnamon powder
For the dough, course of the substances (chilly cubed butter) till mixed. Add a few teaspoons of chilly water if essential.
Line a cake mould (base and edges) and bake on medium warmth for 25 minutes.
For the filling, place the evaporated milk and condensed milk in a pot. Cook dinner over low warmth till creamy (with out stopping stirring and for 75 minutes).
Take away from the warmth and add the yolks, combine nicely and let cool.
For the meringue, convey the port with sugar to a boil (at 118 levels Celsius). Pour the overwhelmed egg whites into snow in a thread till it reaches the specified consistency.
To assemble, pour over the dough and canopy with meringue. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
