INGREDIENTS
- – Sugar 200 g (1 cup).
- – Eggs 2 models.
- – Oil 200 cc (1 cup).
- – Orange zest and juice 1 unit.
- – Milk 125 cc (1/2 cup).
- – Salt 1 pinch.
- – Harina leudante 320 g.
- – Bitter cacao 30 g.
- White chocolate cream:
- – Impalpable sugar 100 g.
- – White cheese 500 g.
- – Butter 100 g.
- – Chocolate blanco 260 g.
- Armed:
- – White choco cream.
- – Further dulce de leche.
- – Comestible flowers.
- – Mini coloured meringues.
LETTER CAKE with white chocolate cream
PROCEDURE
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs along with the sugar. Add the oil, orange zest (you too can add half the orange juice) and combine it.
2. Add the milk, add the flour and the sifted salt little by little.
3. After you have the combination, put it within the oiled and floured mould. Even out the combination.
4. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for roughly 45 minutes.
5. For the cream, beat all of the components besides the chocolate that we’ll soften beforehand.
6. Add it to the earlier batter and switch to the combination.
7. To assemble, take the bottom letter and embellish with the cream.
