INGREDIENTS
- – Butter 150 g.
- – Sugar 300 g.
- – Lentil 300 g.
- – Honey 1 tbsp.
- – Vanilla essence 1 tbsp.
- – Egg 3 items.
- – Harina leudante 250 g.
- – Bicarbonate 1 cdta.
- – Bitter cocoa 3 tbsp.
- – Sal 1 cdta.
- – Dulce de leche confectioner c/n.

PROCEDURE:
1. Beat the butter with the sugar till creamy, add the eggs one by one, at all times beating and when the combination is built-in, add the honey and essence.
2. Then, add the boiled and pureed lentils and in addition combine with a blender.
3. Now, add the dry components (flour combined with baking soda, salt and cocoa), additionally beating.
4. Place the combination in a greased pudding pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 45 minutes.
Non-compulsory: pour half, place a strip of dulce de leche and end with extra combination.
