- – Milk cream 100 g
- – Pure yogurt 100 g
- – Sugar 2 tbsp
- – Further milk cream 200 g
- – Unflavored gelatin 5 g
- – Water 20 cc
For snack, we share this recipe for lemon pudding with white chocolate and blueberries, as a result of the mix of flavors is ideal.
PROCEDURE:
1. For the dough, in a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar till creamy.
2. Add the lemon zest and melted butter whereas persevering with to beat 2 or 3 occasions till emulsified. Add the cream and beat once more.
