All elements needs to be at room temperature
Substances for the pudding
3 tablespoons of milk
3 massive eggs
1 ½/ teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cups 0000 flour
¾ cups of sugar
¾ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
200 gr of butter
1 heaping tablespoon of lemon zest
Substances for the syrup
3 tablespoons sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
Preparation
– Mix the eggs, milk and vanilla.
– In a big bowl, combine the dry elements and blend with a mixer.
– Add the butter and half of the egg combination. Combine on low pace till the dry elements are moistened. Enhance Velocity. Add the remainder of the egg combination twice and beat 1 minute after every addition.
– Place in a greased and floured pudding pan for 55 to 65 minutes, or till a toothpick inserted within the middle comes out dry.
– Put together the syrup, heating the lemon juice with the sugar till it dissolves after which for a minute.
– As quickly because the pudding comes out of the oven, place it on a rack, prick with a skewer stick and drizzle with the syrup.
