INGREDIENTS

  • -Sugar 200grs.
  • -Corn starch 60grs.
  • -Lemon 1.

  • -Clara 4.
  • -Sugar 240grs.

1.For the filling, warmth the milk with half the sugar. Individually, beat the yolks with the remainder of the sugar, the lemon zest and juice, and the cornstarch.
