INGREDIENTS
- – Butter 20 g
- – Asparagus 1 tied
- – Garlic 2 cloves
- – Lemon 2 items
- – Milk cream ¾ cup
- – Grated cheese ½ cup
- – Dried spaghetti 1/2 bundle
- – Salt and black pepper
We share with you this spectacular recipe for lemon pasta with asparagus.
PROCEDURE:
1. Boil water with loads of salt to prepare dinner the pasta.
2. Lower the asparagus into 3 to 4 cm sections on the bias.
3. In a big frying pan, soften the butter and brown the asparagus. Add the chopped garlic, lemon zest and cream. Cook dinner 3 minutes.
4. Add somewhat of the noodle cooking water, the cooked noodles, the lemon juice, grated cheese and black pepper.
5. Embellish with some elongated lemon zest.
