- Lemon cream:

- Milk cream 200 cc
- Queso gruyere 100 grs
- Inexperienced onion 2
- Olive oil
For the pacú, grill it with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
For the cassava, peel it and boil it for two hours till it softens. Chop and sauté in a pan with olive oil. Add the inexperienced onion juice and lemon juice.
Combine and end with the heavy cream and grated cheese. To Salt.
