INGREDIENTS

- – 300 g of sugar.

- – 50 g of corn starch.

PROCEDURE:
1. Course of the cookies, add the melted butter and pour into the bottom of a detachable mould.
2. Combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar and eggs.
3. Add lemon zest and juice and eventually the starch.
4. Pour over the cookie base and bake within the oven for a minimum of 1 hour.
5. Enhance with chantilli cream and lemon zest.
