INGREDIENTS
- – 200 g of mascabo sugar (1 cup).
- – 2 eggs
- – Non-obligatory poppy 2 tbsp.
- – 200 cc of oil (3/4 cup).
- – Lemon zest plus juice.
- – 125 cc of milk (1/2 cup).
- – 1 pinch salt.
- – 350 g of self-rising flour (3 cups).
- Glazed:
- – Lemon juice 50 cc
- – Impalpable sugar 200 g
- – Grated coconut 40 g
LEMON AND POPPY PUDDING WITHOUT BUTTER! Take pleasure in this spectacular recipe
PROCEDURE:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs along with the sugar. Add the oil, lemon zest (you can too add half the juice of a lemon) and combine it.
2. Combine the milk, poppies, add the flour and sifted salt little by little.
3. After you have the combination, put it in an oiled and floured mildew.
4. Even out the combination.
5. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for roughly 45 minutes.
6. For the glaze, combine the lemon juice and a part of the sugar.
7. Add the coconut and verify consistency. If crucial, add the remainder of the sugar.
8. Glaze the pudding, put some poppy seeds and toasted flaked coconut on high.
