LEMON AND CHEESE MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS

  • For six glasses.
  • – Cream cheese 150 g.
  • – Milk cream 175 g.
  • – Unflavored gelatin 12 g.
  • – Lemon juice 125 cc.
  • -Zest of 1 lemon
  • – Egg white 4 items.
  • – Sugar 125 g.
  • For termination:
  • – Glitter gel c/n.
  • – Pulp of 1 ardour fruit.
  • – Yellow dye c/n.
  • – Strawberries and blueberries.

LEMON AND CHEESE MOUSSE .

PROCEDURE:

1. Beat the heavy cream till medium level and put aside chilly.

2. Hydrate the gelatin within the lemon juice and dissolve.

3. Make an Italian meringue with the egg whites and sugar.

4. Taste the cheese with the lemon zest and combine the gelatin. Add the cheese combination to the meringue on minimal velocity. Homogenize with the cream.
