INGREDIENTS

- – 400 g yamani rice cooked slightly overcooked.
- – 300 g cooked lentils.
- – 1 burnt eggplant (the pulp).
- – Complete wheat bread crumbs soaked in milk
- (a bit).
- – 1/2 golden chopped onion.
- – Dried garlic 1 tbsp.
- – Grated cheese 1 handful.
- – Parsley.
- – Egg (provided that needed).
- – Curry 1 cda.
- – Turmeric 1 tbsp.
- Tomato sauce:
- – Onion ½ unit.
- – Carrot ½ unit.
- – Crushed tomato 1 L.
- – Oregano 1 tbsp.
- – Basil a handful.
- – Salt and pepper c/n.

Process:
1.Knead properly and make balls slightly bigger than a walnut. Give it a chill.
Cook dinner on a plate with olive and place in a robust oven to brown.
2.For the sauce, brown the onion and carrot properly and add crushed tomato. Season with oregano and recent basil. Season.
3.End with the meatballs contained in the sauce, and this wholesome and scrumptious dish is prepared for higher vitamin .
