Recipe for a KILLER BOMBON, a dessert that you simply can’t miss: with dulce de leche, cream and chocolate.
PROCEDURE:
- Make the English cream
- Combine egg yolks with sugar.
- Warmth the milk.
- Pour the recent milk over the yolks with sugar and produce to the warmth or in a bain-marie, all the time stirring in 8, till the spoon floats or the preparation has reached approx. 85ºC.
