INGREDIENTS

  • – Yolks 6 models.

  • – Semi-bitter chocolate 200 g.
  • – Glucose. 100 g.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Dulce de leche confectioner.
  • – Ice cream cups.
  • – Pastry bathtub.
  • – Dry ice.

Recipe for a KILLER BOMBON, a dessert that you simply can’t miss: with dulce de leche, cream and chocolate.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Make the English cream
  2. Combine egg yolks with sugar.
  3. Warmth the milk.
  4. Pour the recent milk over the yolks with sugar and produce to the warmth or in a bain-marie, all the time stirring in 8, till the spoon floats or the preparation has reached approx. 85ºC.
