KAMISH BRIOT

INGREDIENTS

  • – 20 tablespoons of sugar.
  • – 250 g of shelled peanuts, barely roasted.
  • – Butter 100 g.
  • – Self-raising flour 15 tbsp.
  • – 3 eggs.
  • – Cinnamon.
  • – Lemon zest.
  • – Half a cup of milk.
  • – 3 tbsp bitter cocoa.
  • – Vanilla essence.
  • – 2×2 cm quince sweet canes.
  • – Oil.

I adopted the recipe from Rosa, the vice chairman of Abuelas de Mayo and luxuriate in a scrumptious KAMISH BROIT , a traditional dessert from Jewish delicacies.

PROCEDURE:
1. Course of the sugar, peanuts, butter and flour. Add the eggs, cinnamon, lemon zest , vanilla essence and milk. Course of once more.
