- – 50 g of sugar.
- – 80 g of starch.
- Further:
- – Whipped cream c/n.
- – Edible flowers c/n.

PROCEDURE:
For the mass:
1. Combine the dry components with the butter till it’s like moist sand, add the egg and yolk, combine the components with out kneading, place in a mould (approx. 20 cm) and place within the fridge or freeze, on the bottom and edges. .
