INGREDIENTS

  • – Meals 0000 ½ kg.
  • – Yeast 6 g.
  • – Sugar 70 g.
  • – Salt 1 pinch.
  • – Butter 40 g.
  • – Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
  • – Lemon zest 1/2 unit.
  • – White wine 1 tbsp.
  • – Egg 4 models.
  • – Yolk 1 unit.
  • To finish:
  • – Impalpable sugar c/n.
  • – Impartial oil c/n.

PROCEDURE:

1. For the dough, place the flour in a bowl and add the shelled yeast (beforehand activated with a bit of heat water and sugar).

2. Add the sugar, salt, lemon zest, butter, white wine, eggs and yolk and start to drink little by little.

3. Knead till you obtain a uniform dough and rise at room temperature for half-hour (coated).

4. Roll out very skinny and lower squares of about 10 cm x 10 cm and lower within the heart.
