ISLA FLOTANTE Y SAMBAYON

INGREDIENTS

  • – Whites 7 pcs.
  • – Salt 1 pinch.
  • – Sugar 14 tbsp.
  • – Corn starch 1 tsp.
  • For the caramel:
  • – Sugar 200 g.
  • For the sabayon:
  • – Yolks 7 models.
  • – Sugar 7 tbsp.
  • – Chilly water 1 tbsp.
  • – Candy wine 4 tbsp.

For dessert, there’s a scrumptious floating island and do-it-yourself sambayón. It is easy to arrange, with caramel to be happier.

PROCEDURE:

1. Beat the egg whites and add the sugar within the type of a rain bathe. Add, all the time stirring, the cornstarch and salt.
2. Make the caramel and line a 28 cm mould. As soon as the caramel is agency, pour within the egg whites and canopy the complete mould. Cook dinner in a bain-marie in a medium oven for an hour or so. Let cool and unmold.
