INGREDIENTS
- Huancaina sauce:

- – Olive oil2 tablespoons

- – At your service:
Cucumber, carrots, pita or small Arabic bread, lemon.
- Salsa teriyaki:
- – Soy sauce 100 cc.

- – Finely chopped recent oregano 1 tbsp.
- – Grated garlic 1 unit.
- – Pear tomato with pores and skin, with out seeds and minimize into ½ x ½ cm cubes 1 to 2 models.
- – Wine vinegar 100 cc.
- – Water 50 cc.
- – Further virgin olive oil 50 cc.
- – Salt, black pepper, floor chili and candy paprika to style.

PROCEDURE:
Romesco sauce:
1. Burn the tomatoes and bell pepper within the oven.
