INGREDIENTS

- – Sugar 200 g.
- – Flour 0000 80 g.
- – Cocoa powder 50 g.
- – Baking powder 10 g.
- – Sodium bicarbonate 1 tsp.
- – Salt 1 tsp.
- – Impartial oil 120 cc.
- – Scorching water 90 cc.
- – Vanilla essence 2 tsp.
- – Massive eggs 3 models at room temperature.
- Armed:
- – Frozen.
- – Whipped cream.
- – Chocolate or sweet curls.
BULLION DESSERT with ice cream, cream and chocolate for dessert!
PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC on one facet, sift the dry elements into one other bowl, combine the oil, sizzling water and vanilla.
2. With a mixer at medium pace, beat the egg yolks till they’re white, add the oil and water combination, then dry it and, however, beat the egg whites till stiff. Incorporate in an enveloping method. Place on a sq. plate with parchment paper. Deliver to the oven for 20 minutes let cool.
3. Reduce rectangles into three equal elements, fill with ice cream (it may be assembled in a pudding container).
4. Unmold and embellish with the cream and one chocolate roller.
