ICED WALNUT ALFAJOR

INGREDIENTS

  • – Flour 250 g.
  • – Butter 125 g.
  • – Break up walnuts 100 g.
  • – Egg 1 unit.
  • – Sugar 100 g.
  • – Vanilla essence.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Dulce de leche ice cream with caramelized nuts and a wide range of white chocolate and coconut.

PROCEDURE:

1. Make a sanding with the flour, butter and cut up walnuts.
2. Combine an egg with the sugar and some drops of vanilla essence.
3. Mix each preparations and kind a dough.
4. Wrap in plastic wrap and put within the fridge to make the form nicely (approx. one hour).
5. Stretch and make the caps very skinny.
6. Bake for no less than 20 minutes.
7. Fill with ice cream.
