HONEYCOMB CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • Time:
  • – Flour 0000 550 g.
  • – Dry yeast 10 g.
  • – Water 80 cc.
  • – Milk 250 cc.
  • – Honey 50 g.
  • – Salt 2 tsp.
  • – Butter 25 g.
  • Armed:
  • – Butter 50 g.
  • – Entire sugar 200 g.
  • – Cinnamon 2 credit.

PROCEDURE:

1. For the dough, make a crown with the flour and within the heart add the yeast, water, heat milk and sugar, butter and salt alongside the periphery.
