HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 hen, reduce into items and boned.
  • – 2 medium onions.
  • – 2 cloves of garlic.
  • – 2 tablespoons of honey.
  • – 2 tbsp mustard.
  • – 1 tbsp old school mustard (non-obligatory).
  • – 1 tsp tarragon (non-obligatory).
  • – 1 massive pot of heavy cream or 400 cc of hen broth.
  • – 1/2 glass of white wine.
  • – Oil c/n.
  • – Manteca c/n.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • For the vegetable garnish:
  • – Candy Potatoes / Candy Potatoes.
  • – Carrots.
  • – Olive oil.
  • – Salt and pepper.

HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN, a traditional that we love!

PROCEDURE:
1. In a frying pan, warmth a tablespoon of butter and a splash of oil.
2. We seal the hen items till they take shade on either side and put aside.
3. In the identical container we put the chopped garlic and onion and cook dinner till clear.
4. We elevate the cooking backside with white wine and look forward to the liquid to evaporate.
5. We put the hen again in and add the mustards and tarragon, a little bit salt and pepper and the broth or cream.
6. We cut back the liquid by half and end with the tablespoons of honey.
