INGREDIENTS

  • Biscuit:

  • – Baking powder 6 g.
  • – Sodium bicarbonate 2 g.

  • Filling 2:
  • – Manteca ointment 175 g.
  • – Impalpable sugar 200 g.
  • – Agency cream cheese 300 g.
  • – Espresso paste 2 tbsp.
  • Candied walnuts:
  • – Walnuts 300 g.
  • – Clear 1 unit.
  • – Sugar 4 tbsp.

PROCEDURE:
