INGREDIENTS
- Components:
- Noodles:
- – Flour 0000 400 g.
- – Semolin 200 g.
- – Orange farm eggs 5 models.
- – Drops of water (if obligatory).
- – Pinch of salt.
- Meatballs:
- – 500 g of minced meat.
- – 50 g of finely grated previous bread.

- – ½ clove of grated garlic.
- – 1 egg.
- – 50 g of finely grated Parmesan cheese.
- – 2 tbsp coarsely chopped parsley.
- – Sal.
- – Dried oregano to style.
- – Black pepper.
- Salsa:
- – 500 g of canned plum tomato or crushed tomato.
- – 1 handful of recent basil.
- – 1 sprig of celery, very chopped.
- – ½ very chopped small carrot.
- – 2 cloves of garlic, minced.
- – ½ small onion, finely chopped.
- – 1 spoon of sugar.
- – 1 glass of white wine.
- – Further virgin olive oil c/n.

Process:
1. For the pasta: Mix all of the dough components, knead, till it’s clean like a toddler’s pores and skin, let it relaxation for half-hour. Roll out thinly in pastalinda and minimize with the pastalinda dough rollers.
2. Combine all of the meatball components and knead nicely.  Type meatballs 3 cm in diameter.  Put a bit oil in your fingers to make it simpler to form.
Brown the meatballs in a pan and put aside.  .
3. Sauté the greens within the sauce, add the meatballs, coat with white wine, let it evaporate and now attempt to not transfer the meatballs.  Add the tomato sauce handed via a strainer in order that it is freed from extra seeds and pores and skin.  Add the basil.  Season with salt and pepper rigorously and cook dinner for 25/half-hour.
