HOMEMADE FLAN

INGREDIENTS

  • Flan:
  • – 1 L of milk.
  • – 12 models of eggs.
  • – 200 cc of cream.
  • – 200 g of mascabo sugar.
  • – Vanilla essence.
  • Caramel:
  • – 200 g of sugar.
  • Further:
  • – Crema chantilly.
  • – Caramel sauce.

HOMEMADE FLAN among the finest desserts!! I adopted the entire recipe in order that it seems very scrumptious and selfmade.

PROCEDURE:
1. For the caramel: warmth a frying pan and add somewhat sugar, stir and add till the mandatory level is obtained.
