INGREDIENTS

- – Egg 10 items.
- – Sugar 200 g.
- – Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
- Caramel:
- – Sugar c/n.
HOMEMADE FLAN the sure and no to make it good!
PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat the oven to minimal.
2. Make a caramel with sugar and a bit of water. Make it mild blonde.
3. Pour into the Savarin mould, distribute effectively and let cool.
4. Combine, with out beating, the eggs with the yolks, sugar and milk. Add the vanilla essence.
5. Pour the flan combination into the caramel mould.
6. Place the mould on a plate on absorbent paper and canopy midway with sizzling water. Cowl the mould with aluminum.
7. Bake at low temperature for roughly one hour or till the flan has set.
8. Let cool and retailer within the fridge for a number of hours earlier than unmolding.
