- – Bacon.
- – Eggs.
- – Cheeses.
- – Pickles.
- – Lettuce.
- – Tomato.
- – Hamburger ‘bread.
- Salsa:
- – Mayonnaise.
- – Half a u chopped onion in brunoise.
- – Chopped bitter peppers.
- – Apple vinager.
PROCEDURE:
- Combine the burger components in a bowl.
- Make a bun and form it right into a hamburger with nearly no kneading, simply combine and assemble into balls. Place on the griddle and press with a spatula. Brown nicely, flip and prepare dinner on the opposite aspect.
