INGREDIENTS
- – Flour 0000 600 g.
- – Recent shelled yeast 20 g.
- – Azúcar 2 tbsp.
- – Water 200 cc.
- – Milk 100 cc.
- – Wonderful salt 20 g.
- – Manteca (ointment) 100 g.
- – Machine cheese 8 superb fetas.
- – Pure cooked ham 6 skinny slices.
- – Melted butter 50 g.
Accordion bread full of home made ham and cheese
PROCEDURE:
1. In a bowl, pour the flour leaving a nicely within the middle. There, add the yeast, sugar and 1 tablespoon of heat water. Let the yeast activate for five minutes.
2. I added the superb salt nicely distributed over the flour. Little by little, add the water and milk. Combine nicely.
3. Incorporate the pomade butter and knead till you get comfortable dough of easy texture.
4. As soon as the bun is shaped, divide it into two, let the dough rise, coated with plastic wrap or a humid towel, till it doubles in quantity. This can take 1 ½ to 2 hours.
5. Stretch one of many buns ½ cm thick, cowl half with cheese, then with ham and at last fold the dough so that you’ve got dough on the underside and dough on high. Lower it into squares or rectangles which are the peak and width of the pudding bowl.
6. Paint them with butter and assemble like an accordion or domino by putting every sq. vertically, one near the opposite, till the pudding container is full. Let it rise for 20 extra minutes and bake at 180ºC (reasonable) till golden.
7. Roll out the opposite bun and make some figazzitas, minimize with a 7/8 cm cutter and place on a plate and let it ferment, paint with melted butter and cook dinner (watch out to not take coloration).
