- Mushroom cream:
- Mushroom 300 grs
- Sunflower seed 100 grams
- Mostaza 1 cdita
- Garlic clove 1
- Smoked paprika 2 tsp
- Pepper
- Sal marina
- Olive oil 100 cc
- Peach and Pumpkin Chutney:
- Peach 3
- Anco sort pumpkin 200 grs
- Onion 1
- Apple cider vinegar 5 tbsp
- Clove 1
- Pepper 1 pinch
- Sal marina 1 cdta
- Entire sugar 4 tbsp
- Stuffed:
- Tomato
- Grilled greens
- Lettuce
- Onion
- soybean sprouts
- Spinach
For the dough, place the flour in a bowl. Add the salt, baking soda, oil and water little by little as we combine till the dough is fashioned.
Knead for a number of minutes till you obtain an elastic dough.
