Hazelnut Dads

Noisette potatoes are superb to accompany all kinds of meats, particularly these cooked in a casserole.

Substances

Giant potatoes, 1 okay
Chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons
Oil, mandatory quantity
Salt to style

Preparation

– Peel and wash the potatoes.
– Lower the potatoes into balls with a particular spoon to make noise.
– Place them in a pot lined with chilly water (with out salt).
– Warmth the pot till the water boils.
– Take away the noicette potatoes, drain them and dry them.
– Place the noisette potatoes in a frying pan with loads of sizzling oil.
– Fry till golden brown, take away and drain.
– Salt and sprinkle with parsley.
– Function a garnish.
