INGREDIENTS
- – Chorizo steak 2 models.
- – Butter.
- – Romero.
- – Sliced garlic, 2 cloves.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Olive oil.
- – Cooked artichokes 4 models.
- – Echalotte or pink onion.
Grilled steak with artichokes and shallot
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate the steaks with garlic, rosemary, pepper and olive.
2. Prepare dinner on a griddle with a bit of oil and butter to the specified doneness.
3. Alternatively, on one other griddle, sauté the artichokes with the shallot and olive, season with salt and pepper.
