PROCEDURE:
For the mushrooms:
1. Separate the trunks from the heads of the portobellos and mushrooms.
2. Marinate the mushrooms with a little bit oil, chopped parsley and garlic, season with salt and pepper.
3. Cook dinner in a pan or sheet till golden.
