GRILLED MATAMBRITO

INGREDIENTS

  • – Pork slaughterhouse 1 unit.
  • – Orange juice 2 items.
  • – Soy sauce 100 cc.
  • – Grated garlic.
  • – Contemporary or powdered ginger.
  • – Rice vinegar 100 cc.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • Garrison:
  • – Pineapple 1 unit.
  • – Candy potato boys 3 items.
  • – Butter.
  • – Romero.
  • – Honey.
  • – Salt and pepper.

GRILLED MATAMBRITO with pineapple, candy potato and honey

PROCEDURE:

1. Place orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated garlic, grated or powdered ginger, salt and peppercorns in a bowl. Let marinate.
2. Prepare dinner on the grill.
3. For the greens, prepare dinner the candy potato on the grill with the pores and skin, which is cooked however not fully after which seal it on the sheet.
4. On the plate, brown the pineapple with the butter and herbs and add the candy potato, season with salt and pepper and end with a couple of strands of honey.
