- Honey 2 tbsp
- Butter 50 grs

- Greens:

For the marinade, combine the honey with the pomade butter, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
For browning, clear it and open it to grill with salt and pepper.
For the greens, peel them and cook dinner over the coals wrapped in aluminum foil with somewhat dressing.
