GRILLED BUFFALO RIBS WITH FRIED MANDIOCA

INGREDIENTS

  • – Buffalo rib 1 unit.
  • – Coarse salt.
  • – Olive oil.
  • – Cassava 1 kg.
  • – Onion 1/2 unit.
  • – Tomate 1/2 unid.
  • – Bell pepper 1/2 unit.
  • – A handful of parsley.
  • – Vinegar.

Spectacular grilled buffalo ribs with fried cassava

PROCEDURE:
1. Therapeutic massage the meat with salt, pepper and olive oil.
2. Place on the stake and warmth on the bone facet for two and a half hours, flip over and cook dinner for 1 and a half extra hours.
3. Peel the cassava and cook dinner entire till tender. Allow them to cool and minimize into sticks.
4. Fry in loads of oil till golden.
5. For the Creole sauce, minimize all of the greens into brunoise and blend them in a bowl with vinegar and olive oil.
