For the dough, boil the spinach in water and salt. Course of and reserve.
Individually, make a crown with the flour and within the heart add the butter, salt, spinach and water within the obligatory quantity as we take the dough.
Knead for a number of minutes till you obtain a clean dough, cowl and relaxation for half-hour.
Stretch and lower discs of about 10/15 cm in diameter.
For the filling, brown the beforehand filleted mushrooms (in batches) in olive and butter. Add the chopped garlic and parsley and combine. Season.
To assemble, fill them with the sautéed sauce and mozzarella, shut, paint with overwhelmed egg, sprinkle with seeds and bake in a powerful oven on an oiled and floured plate till golden brown (for about 20 minutes).
