INGREDIENTS
- – 1kg of zucchini
- – 1 tablespoon of salt
- – 1 onion
- – Recent basil
- – 250 g of machine queso
- – 1 massive egg
- – 2 tbsp olive oil
- – 100 g of flour
- Additional:
Herbs and pure yogurt sauce to accompany
Scrumptious Greek-style zucchini croquettes, with herbs and yogurt sauce
PROCEDURE:
1. Grate the zucchini, add salt, and let drain for a minimum of an hour to empty the liquid.
2. Finely chop the onion and sauté it. Reserve.
3. Combine the chilly onion, grated feta cheese, chiffonade or julienne basil, egg, olive oil and flour in a bowl, add the drained zucchini. Combine all the pieces properly and type balls, dredge in flour.
4. Fry in loads of oil. eat straight away
