INGREDIENTS
- – 1 kg of courgettes.
- – 1 tsp salt
- – 1 onion.
- – Contemporary basil.
- – 250 g of feta cheese (may be well-drained ricotta.
- – 1 massive egg.
- – 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- – 100 g of flour.
- Extras:
herbs and pure yogurt sauce to accompany.
GREEK-STYLE ZUCCHINI DRINKS with herbs and pure yogurt sauce
PROCEDURE:
1. Grate the zucchini, add salt, and let drain for a minimum of an hour to empty the liquid.
2. Finely chop the onion and sauté it. Reserve.
3. Combine the chilly onion, grated feta cheese, chiffonade or julienne basil, egg, olive oil and flour in a bowl, add the drained zucchini. Combine every part effectively and type balls, dredge in flour.
4. Fry in loads of oil, and eat instantly.
