INGREDIENTS
- For the mass:
- – Butter 125 g.
- – Flour 0000 300 g.
- – Impalpable sugar 110 g.
- – Yolks 4 items.
- – Vanilla essence 1 cdita.
- Pistachio cream:
- – Milk 250 cc.
- – Sugar 40 g.
- – Starch 15 g.
- – Flour 5 g.
- – Yolks 3 items.
- – Pistachio paste 2 tbsp.
- Armed:
- – Grapes (totally different varieties) 500 g.
- – Ledevit glitter gel c/n (for brushing).
- Wine discount:
- – White wine 375 cc.
- – Sugar 1 tablespoon.
GRAPES AND PISTACHIO CREAM CAKE shock your self with this beautiful stunning and recent cake . Comply with the recipe beneath and put together it at house!
PROCEDURE:
1. For the dough: Beat the smooth butter with the sugar. Add the yolks and proceed beating. Taste with vanilla. Add the flour
2. Combine till unified.
3. Stretch to 2 mm thickness and place within the fridge for one hour.
4. Make a mould for a 22 cm tart.
5. Put within the freezer for quarter-hour.
6. Preheat the oven to 160 levels and prepare dinner for 18 to twenty minutes.
7. Let cool on rack.
8. For the pistachio cream: deliver the milk to a boil with half the sugar.
9. In a bowl, combine the remaining sugar with the starch and flour, add the yolks and mix. Add the recent milk and blend.
10. Return to cooking, stirring always till it involves a boil for two minutes.
11. Place within the fridge, wrapped in movie, till chilly. Taste with pistachio paste and break the combination with a hand mixer and place in a sleeve.
12. As soon as the cake and cream have cooled, fill it with cream and beautify with grapes brushed with glitter gel. End with coarsely chopped pistachios.
13. For the discount, place the late harvest and sugar to boil and prepare dinner till the specified texture is achieved. Sauce the floor of the cake.
