- – 2 lemons

From Mendoza, we carry you this spectacular recipe for goat on the disk with artichokes
PROCEDURE:
1. Minimize the onion and pepper into julienne strips, the carrot and leek into rings.
2. Clear the artichoke.
3. Seal the meat within the disk and add the greens (with out the artichokes). Cut back with white wine and add the saffron. Cook dinner for roughly 25 minutes (relying on the minimize of the goat meat). Add the artichokes on the closing quarter-hour.
4. Alter seasoning and serve. It may be accompanied with fried bread cubes and parsley.
