INGREDIENTS

Process:

1.Seal the goat. Reserve.

2.Add the onion and bell pepper reduce into brunoise. As soon as it colours, deglaze with a bit wine.

3.Add the goat, tomato juice and vegetable inventory once more. Let it cook dinner between 1 hour and 1 hour and 20 minutes.
15/10 minutes earlier than it’s completed cooking, add cubed potatoes and carrots.

4.End with parsley. And to eat! .
