INGREDIENTS
- For 12 individuals.
- Time:
- – 170 g of manteca ointment.
- – 90 g of powdered sugar.
- – 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- – 50 g of eggs.
- – 25 g of cocoa.
- – 280 g of flour.
- Stuffed:
- – 125 cc de yogurt pure.
- – 125 cc of goat yogurt.
- – 2 dessert spoons of goat cheese.
- -Zest of 1/2 lemon.
- – 90 g of sugar.
- – 4 eggs.
GOAT AND STRAWBERRY YOGURT CAKE
PROCEDURE:
1. Beat the sugar with the butter, add 50g of egg after which add the dry elements, flour and cocoa. Beat till you might have the dough (knead it by hand).
2. Place within the fridge to chill for 15/20 min.
3. Then stretch the dough, place it within the pans, prick them just a little on the ground and ship them to the oven for 10/15 min at 180ºC. The dough doesn’t develop.
4. For the filling: Place the pure yogurt, goat yogurt, 2 dessert spoons of cheese, lemon zest, sugar and eggs. Shake.
5. Put the filling in a pie dish, cowl with aluminum foil and cook dinner in a gentle oven at 150ºC for 20 minutes.
6. Let it cool and add the macerated fruits.
