GNOCCHI STUFFED WITH BACON

INGREDIENTS

  • For the mass:
  • 1 kg papa
  • 1 egg
  • 300 grams flour
  • Sal
  • Nutmeg
  • Stuffed:
  • Bacon slices
  • Queso
  • For the leek and mushroom cream:
  • Cream 300g
  • Mushrooms 200g
  • Leek 3 sticks
  • Salt pepper
  • Grated cheese

Peel, reduce, wash and boil the potatoes.

Cross them, season with salt and nutmeg, add the egg and flour.

To assemble the dough:

Portion into golf ball-sized parts.

I wrapped the cheese cubes within the bacon and stuffed the dough balls.

Cook dinner in loads of boiling water. When the primary one floats, all of them go away. Drain.
