- Sugar 100 grams
- Vanilla extract c/n
- Flour 500 grams
- Yeast 25 grams
- Butter 125 grams
- Honey 15 grams
- Lemon Zest c/n
- Eggs 2 Items

- Dulce de leche c/n
- Sugar c/n
- Pastry cream c/n
Make a sponge by mixing 100 grams of flour, milk and yeast.
Let rise for 20 minutes.
With 400 grams of flour make a volcano and within the heart place the sponge, eggs, sugar, honey and lemon zest.
Work together with your arms till built-in.
Add the butter and knead till the dough is homogeneous.
Let it rise till it doubles in quantity.
Kind 40 gram balls and gently make a gap within the center and form it.
Place on plate and let rise till doubled.
Prepare dinner in oven at 180 ºC for 25 minutes.
Fill the sleeve with pastry cream or dulce de leche and sprinkle with sugar.
