INGREDIENTS

- – Apple, pear or banana puree 100 g.
- – Salt 2 pinches.
- – Baking soda 1 pinch.
- – Flour 120 g
- – Blueberries c/n
- – Widespread sugar 40 g.
- – Mascabo sugar 40 g

PROCEDURE:
You can also make it in a baking pan, in a conventional cake mould (20 cm in diameter) or individually, every cookie on a plate.
