- – Yeast 10 g.

- – Mackerel 2 cans.
- – Pure tuna 2 cans.
- – Onion 2.
- – Olive oil.
- – Sal.
- – Pepper.
- – Tomato 2.
- – Pink bell pepper 1.
- – Lemon zest 1.
- – Egg 3.
1.For the dough, place the flour in a bowl and add the eggs, butter, yeast, paprika and milk. Take it together with your fingers and go right down to the counter to knead till you obtain a clean dough.
2.Relaxation coated for half-hour at room temperature.
3.Stretch and line an oiled and floured cake mould. Reserve a bit dough for the lid.
4.For the filling, combine the fish in a bowl, add the chopped onion sautéed in olive, the diced tomato, bell pepper in strips beforehand cooked on the range, season, taste with lemon zest, chopped hard-boiled egg.
5.To assemble, fill the cake and canopy. Prick with a fork.
6.To cook dinner, place in a medium/sturdy oven for about 20 minutes.
