INGREDIENTS
- For the mass:
- – Flour 500 g.
- – Egg 2 models.
- – Butter 60 g.
- – Yeast 5 g.
- – Milk 175 cc.
- – Smoked paprika c/n.
- For the filling:
- – Mackerel 2 cans.
- – Pure tuna 2 cans.
- – Onion 2 models.
- – Olive oil c/n.
- – Sal c/n.
- – Pepper c/n.
- – Tomate 2 unid.
- – Crimson bell pepper (cooked on the range) 1 unit.
- -Zest of 1 lemon.
- – Eggs 3 models.
GALLEGA EMPANADA mackerel and tuna with do-it-yourself dough observe the recipe under and put together it at house! .
PROCEDURE:
1. For the dough, place the flour in a bowl and add the eggs, butter, yeast, paprika and milk. Take it together with your fingers and go all the way down to the counter to knead till you obtain a easy dough. Relaxation lined for half-hour at room temperature.
