FRYING HAKE FILLET

INGREDIENTS

  • – 500 kg of hake fillet.
  • – 1 medium onion julienned.
  • – 1 small bell pepper in julienne.
  • – ½ can of crushed tomato.
  • Basil pesto:
  • – Basil leaves 200 g.
  • – Garlic clove 1 unit.
  • – Grated cheese 70 g.
  • – Walnuts 100 g.
  • – Olive oil 160 cc.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – 1/2 kg of medium potatoes.

PROCEDURE:
